1 Step AI (the "App", "we", "us", or "our") respects and protects users' privacy rights and personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, protect, and transfer your personal information when you use our services. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully before using the App. If you have any questions regarding our privacy practices, you may contact us using the information provided at the end of this document.
This Privacy Policy applies to all services, features, modules, and product functions of 1 Step AI that display or reference this Privacy Policy.
1. Our Commitment to Privacy
We are committed to protecting your personal information and do not proactively collect personally identifiable information such as your real name, email address, phone number, or other identity-related sensitive information.
When you upload images and facial feature data are extracted for use in video generation, such data is used solely to generate personalized video content for you. We will not use your facial data for commercial exploitation, reuse it for unrelated purposes, or repurpose it for any non-service-related scenario.
After completion of the personalized video generation task, we will promptly delete or anonymize the relevant biometric data in order to minimize privacy risks.
2. Collection and Use of Personal Information
For purposes of this Policy, "personal information" means electronically or otherwise recorded information that can identify a specific natural person, excluding anonymized information that cannot be linked to any individual.
We collect personal information only to the extent necessary to provide our services. The specific types of information collected may vary depending on the functions you use. If you decline to provide certain information, some features may not function properly, or we may be unable to resolve issues you report.
All information collected by us will be used only in accordance with this Policy and any applicable service-specific privacy notices.
2.1 Categories and Sources of Information
The primary types of personal information and sensitive data we may collect include device identifiers and application usage behavior data.
We may also collect aggregated and anonymous statistical data, such as application download volume, page view volume, and feature usage frequency, for the purpose of analyzing service performance and improving user experience. Such statistical data is considered non-personal information under this Policy. If non-personal information is combined with identifiable personal information, the combined data will be treated as personal information and protected accordingly.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically During Use
To ensure the stable operation of 1 Step AI and to improve service quality, we may automatically collect certain basic device information and usage data when you use our App, including:
- Device and application information: device name, hardware model, unique device identifier, device activation time, operating system version, application version, software identification code, and system configuration parameters
- Operational log information: service access time, usage frequency, IP address, and abnormal operation records, including program crashes, system restarts, runtime errors, and version update records
You may use the core features of the App without submitting additional identity information manually.
2.3 Third-Party SDKs
We integrate third-party SDKs to provide core functions, improve performance, and conduct statistical analysis. We carefully select qualified and reputable service providers and authorize them only to collect the minimum data necessary for the normal operation of the App.
Third-party SDK providers are required to comply with strict privacy protection obligations. We do not share your sensitive personal information with third-party SDK providers without your explicit authorization. You may manage application permissions at any time; however, disabling certain permissions may cause some functions to become unavailable or not work properly.
2.4 Data Sharing with Third-Party AI Service Platforms
To support the customized video generation feature, we cooperate with PixVerse AI (official website: https://app.pixverse.ai/). The following rules apply to such data sharing:
- Shared data: images uploaded by users, including facial feature information, and text prompt content entered during the video generation process
- Receiving party: PixVerse AI official platform (https://app.pixverse.ai/)
- Purpose of use: solely for generating customized creative videos as requested by users; such data may not be used for marketing, user profiling, long-term storage, or any unrelated purpose
- Post-processing: after video generation is completed, both parties will immediately delete or anonymize the shared data without retaining it
- User authorization: prior to transmission, the App will display a prompt informing you of the type of data shared, the receiving party, and the purpose of use. Data transmission will begin only after your affirmative consent. If you refuse to authorize the transfer, the video generation feature will be disabled, but other functions will remain available
- Third-party protection assurance: PixVerse AI is required to comply with its official privacy policy (https://pixverse.ai/en/privacy-policy/). We have assessed its data protection capability and entered into binding cooperation terms restricting unauthorized use, disclosure, and leakage of personal information
2.5 Legal Bases and Purposes for Processing Personal Information
We process personal information on the basis of applicable legal grounds, which may include user consent, performance of a contract, protection of legitimate interests, compliance with legal obligations, and operational necessity.

3. Personal Information Protection Measures
We employ industry-standard security technologies and management controls to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or destruction. Such measures include:

We are also under no obligation to provide information that is already publicly available.
4.4 Withdrawal of Consent
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you may withdraw your consent to our processing of personal information at any time. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal, nor will it affect processing based on other lawful grounds.
5. Protection of Children's Personal Information
We place great importance on protecting the privacy of minors. For purposes of this Policy, a minor means a user under the age of 14, or such other age threshold as provided by applicable local law.
Minors may not register for or use the App without confirmation and supervision from a parent or legal guardian. We strictly limit the collection, sharing, and disclosure of minors' personal information. A parent or legal guardian may contact us at any time to access, modify, or delete a minor's associated data. If we discover that we have collected information from a minor without valid guardian authorization, we will promptly delete the relevant data.

7. Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Information
In the course of our business operations, we may work with overseas service providers, which may result in your personal information being transferred to countries or regions outside your jurisdiction that may have different privacy protection standards.
We will comply with applicable laws governing cross-border data transfers and apply appropriate safeguards, including encryption, to ensure that overseas recipients provide a comparable level of personal information protection.
